Nah man, what you need to do is be very selective about who you choose to pull up.
And then you mentor the fuck out of them.
Break them down to nothing, then build them up to be students to your sensei.
Create a class above the rest that is deserving of your knowledge.
THAT'S what gettin old is all about.
You give that shit to any idiot and all of a sudden everyone thinks they got something special and they'll half ass it.
