can no brakfast cause health issues?

that suck Summit...hope you are getting through that. those cyst's can be pretty painful too...

as for breakfast...I've been skipping breakfast for the last month now...and I dont feel any different. I also have about 3 glasses of water in the morning, the first being a lemon juice/water mixture. I'm not doing it to lose weight, more to avoid getting kidney stones again. But i cant see skipping breakfast causing health issues, unless you really feel your missing it and you ignore it...but if your body is functioning fine without, then it may be that you're getting enough at lunch and dinner.

I will say though, i have an office job, so i dont have the strains of physical work...in your scenario, i would probably have breakfast or a banana at the very minimum, and then go easy on dinner.

also that rig looks cool as fuck. I had coily cable for guitar...untangling the shit pissed me off everytime i wanted to play.

Seems like no one I work with eats breakfast. I try to, but I usually end up skipping it. We all just drink coffee and are crazed and desperate by lunchtime. It definitely creates a bad acidic situation. Speaking of which, after a six month break it seems that I'm back deep in the construction game. I just can't quit. I'm like a junkie, but instead of drugs it's lumber and power tools.
