Yup, "luckily" that doesn't affect any of the stuff I'm currently working on, just tunes that's already out there. Kills the likelihood of ever playing that stuff out, but I'm far away from that anyway.

Now I can just SHRAmI about how the packages I sent have (apparently) malfunctioning tracking numbers while the package I have coming in may have been lost while "out for delivery."

Lovely day.

Unfortunately I had to request a refund for 2 items I purchased on reverb. Regrettably I do not believe either seller is at fault, but neither package was received. USPS even said they "Delivered, Front Desk/Reception" but my building has neither of those.

That feel when you find out The Stars of the Lid played a show five hours away tonight. Then that feel when you find out they webcast the whole thing and you missed that too.

That feel when bae adds 'the' to a band name when there isn't one. :poke:

But seriously that's a bummer SotL are rad, even if Gravitational Pull is their best record and no one knows it.

Watching the newest Rick and Morty...I'm halfway through and it's bad. Like really bad. Like not excusable bad. A show that is so good is ok if it has an episode that misses the mark, but this episode deliberately tried to continue the momentum of one of their best episodes and really failed.

Honestly, this makes me sad.

I thought it was cool. Not as good as the original impro-episode, but it had some great moments.

Disclaimer: R&M caters directly to almost everything I like in the universe, so I'm probably biased. They should do a prog rock episode.

So I could post this in happy, etc thread, but I brought it up here before and its kind of bittersweet but: Guitarist who has been really difficult lately "snapped out of it" and realized things (read: people...well person) related to his living situation were affecting his attitude very negatively. While I was aware of that, I didn't realize the extent of certain things. So now a friend of mine is back to the friend he used to be, but is in a very precarious situation that will be difficult to simply break ties with (which, given recent events, he really, REALLY needs too).

That's without getting into tooooo much detail. Basically, things are suddenly back to a healthy way for him and like I wanted, but it took something bad to happen to a friend and someone else we kind of trusted revealing themself to be a really sick piece shit.

Agreed. It really was pathetic, the improv was so half assed.
Just watch the parasite episode again and all will be right in the world
