beauteous
This is a very impressive collection of Roto Toms. That's 21 Roto Toms in all. That is only $33.00 a Roto Tom.

I used to joke that the MF-104M and some good dirt (and tuner, I guess) could be a whole board. That thing is so so so so great. I miss it. You can do delay-line looping, faux reverb, sample and hold 'sequenced' delays...has a great drive circuit, too. One thing that blew me away was syncing delay to MIDI clock, then using the time knob as a clock divider. When oscillating, the delays would play musical intervals--like, three contiguous knob positions would play a root, third, and fifth, so you could cycle back and forth between them and play a major chord with your oscillating delay. Which, of course, you could do with your foot via expression pedal. That's just one of many insane possibilities.
This is a cool board.
as if i didn't already have GAS for an MF-104M...

Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
I was foolish enough to sell my first 104m before prices jumped. Never again. It can do reverbs type sounds for sure. I am currently running it at 600ms on long delay with the modulation set really fast and on random so that it sounds like very mild tape warble.
I love the Orion. There's nothing else like it. But it doesn't get along with my power supply or how tiny my board is. There's a constant buzz that drives me bonkers when the effect is engaged. I'm going to build a wooden riser to try to separate it from the metal of my board a little and see if it helps before I get rid of it. It does incredibly well before a dirty amp, and also with a ton of gain going into it which is hard to find in other verbs let alone true springs. I dunno
Also I didn't wire the junction box to bypass the board. Essentially you can plug your guitar into it, which then goes to a buffer, then into a kill switch. Then from the kill switch it goes to a jack on the side that goes to the first pedal. Then the delay's wet only output goes back to the box on the left side and out to a jack on the top. At the end of the chain where the ditto is it goes to the left side of the box and out to another jack on top for main signal. It's really just so I don't have to plug into my first and last pedal all the time. Also the second footswitch is for the gain channel on my shiv. Also has a tuner outpit

That pink fuzz factory is so sexy! How are you liking that Demo Tape Fuzz?
Some seriously awesome boards the last few pages, guys. Anyone else find it relaxing to look at pedal board pics?

nieh wrote:So I've come to the conclusion that fuzzes, delays, and reverb are the only effects I really like. I've gotten tons of other effects, (octaves, chorus, phasers, wah, etc) but the always get taken off my board after a short amount of time and get sold. so heres my board. I'd like to add a Buzzz, and maybe change out the ocd, but otherwise I'm happy.
I love this board. Seeing the Hoof and Great Destroyer next to each other makes me happy. I'm thinking of replacing my Maxon OD808 with an OCD. What's the grey pedal in the lower right corner?

Love this board, love the pink pedals. Algal Bloom, pink Mini and a Grey Channel are all on my GAS list. I know I just said I'm considering a OCD for an overdrive replacement, but the Grey Channel is another very strong (probably stronger) contender. I was just researching that pedal and doing some demo-watching, and damn, that thing sounds really great.

IMO this secondary board is more droolworthy than most primary boards

The eq is really powerful and I'm using it as a low gain overdrive! I dig it! It is the sound of a light drive with the characteristics of a fuzz.
