That some kind of voodoo? Nah haven't done that yet. I've done a LOT though. It's super annoying. Right now, my neck is fucked up as I type this but in a different place than it was yesterday. I'm sure it's still messed up in the same place, but the pain of this part I'm having now, is worse so I'm feeling it more. It sucks ass.

My chiro told me I'm severely dehydrated (that's from competing), so I've been working on that really hard. Calling a regular doc today in hopes of getting in ASAP. I'm tired of this shit. I've been injured for what like 3-4 months now? It's crazy! I've never been in pain this long. Usually it goes away. I'm glad that it's not my legs or something like that, but fuck this shit sucks. I don't want to do anything because of it. Haven't even touched my bass in a week because of the pain. It just sucks that I know the exact moment I got hurt, and there is nothing I can do about it now. I wish I could go back in time and say "hey dumb fuck, don't do that". But I can't...

You should try acupuncture. It works really well for some people and not at all for others. You won't know until you try it though.

Yes, teehee. Soon after posting this, boss let me know I'll be working one less overnight every two weeks, so that's good.
