Did it just get hot in here?

I've swapped out the micro amp for the modded Dist+.

The mod was done by Steve at RaygunFX. He did it really quickly at a great price, plus his own pedals are great, too. It's got a diode switch on the side which gives a huge volume boost and cleans it up quite considerably, but not in a bad way. I wanted the mods to make it suit bass a bit better but honestly, the mods make it an even better guitar OD than before. The switch up top increases the bass, and I like that on all of the time, with guitar and bass. With the mods engaged it's a lot louder and a lot less muddy, it still brings out the best in the FRV1, but I can switch it back when I miss the mud.

Been on this minimal setup vibe. Will probably get a PT Nano and a Cioks DC5 to power it Image

I think that's the first board of yours I've seen without any ss/bs. Missing the TAFM at all? Dirt section is always the hardest for me to cut down too much.

Usually I always have some sort of big fuzz sound on the board, a Muff or TAFM, sometimes Buzzz. This is the first time in a long time I've not had any fuzz on the board, although the Gray Channel can get sorta fuzzy when cranked, which is how I set both channels on it, just with one louder. I'll probably end up with a fuzz on the board. If I downsize to a nano, I've checked the size, and I'd have space for one more pedal, so I'm thinking I'll just switch things in and out of the spare space, maybe Mini sometimes, fuzz sometimes. Most likely I'll never keep to this minimal setup and I'll end up expanding again :snax:

Cool board too, I am very curious about this "Dope priest" pedal
(and that Colorsound Overdriver is just gorgeous!)

Planet Waves Classic Series. They're pretty cool. Very sturdy feeling but not difficult to manoeuvre, like the Fender patch cables.

yeah they are great, take up a little more space but when I really want things to work without any problems I use as many as I can
