I did so many effing errands today. Is this what adulthood feels like? I never want to do an errand again. My feet and legs and butt still feel like i'm driving my stupid stickshift car. I feel great; sweaty and great. I can't believe i accomplished everything on my list in like 4 hours.

Gave my two months notice to move out of my apartment. Stoked to live in a smaller place, even if I haven't found it yet. I cooked something delicious from scratch today, and I got to eat some ice cream for the third day in a row. I fucking love ice cream. I spent most of Sunday in the woods after being in the city for nearly the past 7 months straight. Awoke cuddled the next morning and listened to the disintegration loops. Feeling more consistently stoked on music. Life is good.

Almost done with my final essay of the semester, with 46 hours left on the clock. Feels good, man.

I took out dairy, red meat, and halved my processed food intake, I feel soo much better than I have been over the years. been plagued with stomach pain. doctors were useless, not one of the many I saw suggested changing my diet, so I did my own research and learned about how stupid our food system is in the US.

ugh, that's fucked.
glad it's working out for you now!
i got a blood work done recently and in the last few months i've managed to correct most of my mineral and vitamin deficiencies, am not anemic anymore so don't feel shitty and lethargic 80% of the time, and haven't gone more than a day without eating, or purged.
i'm glad i decided to actually make an effort to be healthy because one side of my family is plagued by high blood pressure and the other by lung cancer, so genetics are not on my side

I've made almost 5k this month after making absolutely nothing this year!!! That alone has got me jumping for joy! Now if only I made it each month...

I'm now a property owner. I have two homes, first one we just closed on and rented three days later. The second one will close in a bit less than a month. Which will also be easy to lease. This is the best thing I've ever done. I'm buying low maintenance houses, that don't need a lot of work, or none at all, and renting them. It's awesome. So far at least. Hah. I've done this stuff for my father in the past and know what a headache it can be but so far, it's fucking killer!

That's rad.

Delivered my home exam earlier today, which means that I'm more or less done for the semester, save for working on my master thesis. It's close to thirty degrees outside and I'm blasting some Ruins. Life is swell.
