I'm trying to figure out with the switcher / loop pedal is doing and how the signal chain works. It seems like it loops back on itself?!Lemyisgod wrote:
My touring/live board.... Ultimate Drive replaced a Elements, Ultra Vibrato replaces a Cosmichorus, Disaster Transport replaced a Meet Maude... prob eventually will go all Boss since they have been by far the most reliable pedals on the road.

Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
I'm playing music on a regular basis / with other people for the first time in a few years, so I switched out a bunch of pedal and rebuilt my board.
This all runs into a DelayLab. The black pedal on the top row is a Visual Sound / Truetone analog delay. The DanW-etched pedal is a Carbon Copy.

Check out my IG for a video of it in action: https://www.instagram.com/julius_deane/

Setting up a stupidly overkill board (even more than normal) for this week to make silly noises to sample:
Memento->slow engine->blue box->antichthon->DF2->whammy w/molten midi->switchblade
Switchblade op1->4046m->geiger counter civilian->PS3->HF2->Reflector->clari(not)->judder mini->RV7->DD7->ditto x4
Switchblade op2->purple octopus->ct5 w/8step not pictured->synth Wah->noise floor->ms50g->midi murf->bad stone->RV7->DD7->ditto x4

Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
Honestly, I LOVE the ZIM. Like most people I've had scads of OD's over the years, including some of the more talked about ones like the AnalogMan KOT, and for me nothing can touch the ZIM. I'm using it for OD right now (I've got the VT and H9 cards in there), but the fuzz cards are great too, especially the BM card. Also, FoxRox pedal have to be among the best build pedals in the world. Hell, the best build consumer electronics in the world! I don't think you could break them with a pick ax.

Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
Here are some pictures of my board. I am very proud that 5 out of 10 pedals were made by me!

From right to left, top to bottom:
- Boss TU3, simple tuner with a buffer
- Klon Centaur clone, full gain, I really love how the dynamic of the guitar is maintained even at high gain settings.
- Jan Ray clone: I use it mostly for the EQ, to turn my P90 Les Paul into a Strat
- Caline Crazy cacti: cheap Fuldrive clone. Not so good, I might replace it by a compressor for math rock purposes
- Boss Hyper Fuzz: for doom and stoner purposes
- Coda Effects Dolmen Fuzz: inspired by the Russian Big Muff Fuzz, made by me
For doom and stoner purposes as well, and noise with the feedback switch
- Coda Effects Montagne Tremolo: another of my pedals, analog tremolo with tap tempo. I use it to chop myy sound, rythmic riffs or noise with the random waveform.
- Strymon El Capistan v1: really nice delay. I use it with various settings, from pristine, clean rhythmic delays to lushy ambient sounds (favorite switch to switch between these opposites)
- Malekko Spring Chicken: very good reverb. On my board since 5 years! A bit noisy when dialed up though.

Re: Let's see your PEDAL BOARD!
The design is sideways, as it was going to be paired with my MemLoss, saving real estate. But as you can probably tell, that isn't the case now. I was taking pics for DropingAcid Jack. I do keep it upright when playing.

The only way to fit the clarinot and bad stone on my board is sideways. I don't like it either!Disarm D'arcy wrote:Sideways pedals. WHY?
