Yeah, mine has probably held up because even though i've thrashed the machine itself (turned on almost 24/7, sitting on sheets = shit ventilation) i don't game for long periods so it's usually just running the integrated intel jank and not the nvidia card. The models that run the nvidia cards nonstop tend to be the ones prone to burning up.

i'll probably save for a couple more months and look for holiday deals on a GS73VR or ROG752VM. may as well aim for a gtx1060/1070 (i'm on a 660M still).

Got back into Dark Souls 3 recently. When did the players of that game become such pretentious dicks? Some dude was messaging the fuck outta me earlier calling me a noob. It wasn't a great experience, but I still love the game

Dark Souls is just one of those games.

I love everything about Souls/Bloodborne but I would actually play them if they had an easy difficulty. It's not that they're hard games - they just suffer from having to rely on enemy memorization to win. Not that there's anything wrong with that, Stealth games are my absolute favourite and yeah, memorizing enemies movement and tactics makes those games seem easier too. :idk:

The Vita I was gonna buy sold before I could get to it. Does anyone around here have one they want to part with for cash, pedals, or a combination of the two?

Just downloaded Noitu Love Devolution and the original Gradius for the Wii U. The Noitu game is pretty fun like a side scrolling mega man game. I haven't had the chance to nerd out on Gradius. Once the kid goes to bed tho.

The Noitu soundtrack reminds me of the Flex Busterman record form the late 90s.

I just finished Batman Arkham Knight. The main story line was great. There are moments with certain characters that were spectacular. But the rest of the game sort of sucked. The batmobile was pretty awful, especially one particular fight and several platforming missions (yeah, platforming with a car). Most of the side missions were too numerous and became a chore. Not sure if I will finish all the loose ends without any story progression.

I'm not a noob though, damn it! Hahaha I've been playing these games since the beginning! That's what was incredibly dumb to me about the entire interaction

Holy hell, how did Konami fuck up so much? Why didn't do this instead of Survive? I'm not that big into Ubisoft aside from Splinter Cell, but I would happily buy this if I had friends. :idk:

Though, even playing Metal Gear Online for about 250+ hours there's still waaaaay too much run and gunning which defeats the purpose of Team based Tactical Objectives so you would really have to have a like minded group of people to play with or else you totally wouldn't be able to make a Co-Op Stealth campaign work.
