I just can't believe people in here don't fucking eat, breathe, sleep, and bleed Kaworu. My computer background is literally some KawoShin fan art. It was the first thing i did when i bought a computer.

Without spoilers, a character in the Evangelion Universe (a popular anime [and manga]). He appears at different, but the same, points depending on which incarnation you have seen/read of the story.

He's also one of those... uh, you know that thing when you're a young gay person, and a lot of media has trouble showing openly gay people who get happy endings. And then you're really hard up for any representation when you're a tween, so a single possibly gay moment turns into "they're definitely in perfect love forever."

I have seen maybe two movies where a character being gay is not the conflict of the film. FOX AND HIS FRIENDS and KABOOM. Both are pretty awesome movies.
