Re: Let's see your GUITAR!

Traded this Korean Epi LP custom way back in July for my jaguar that wasn't being used and haven't been able to put it down since. I wanted to get rid of the EMG's right away but instead I've started to like them a bit.

so far so good. I've had graph tech saddles on it already, so they may help.

60's Stella H912 w/ dearmond model 40 pickup. My first 12'er, great shape, and an awesome random gift from the gf. Pretty sure its the same model Cobain used early on.

Re: Let's see your GUITAR!
Not sure on feedback issues quite yet, although I'm sure I may run into some, safe to say I wont be pushing it through my Dunwich Marsh Chapel. Need to hunt down a proper instrument cable or adapter as the input jack is smaller than todays standard. Although she's pretty minty, it'll need a neck reset, luckily these things are somewhat sought after amongst the blues/folk crowd and any work will be worth the investment.
Great gift that was acquired free of charge, and will make a nice change up to a recently found Silvertone 1220 I'm using for a Tom Waits-esque acoustic project.

Re: Let's see your GUITAR!
I got this guitar a while ago and I've been holding out on this precious information. It was like $200 which I thought was a good deal, and I missed having bumhucking pickups. It has 12s on it and is tuned to C standard, but the nut isn't cut for that so I might have to get lighter strings. It has some really practical design choices like a moving slot to access the truss rod without moving the whole cover, and you can sort of hook your strings into the tailpiece without having to pass the string through a hole. The neck is a little slimmer than I like in the first couple of frets but it fattens up quickly, so I'm happy with it. I haven't played it loud yet but the pickups sound really nice, it sounds very fat and creamy which is what I was looking for.
