cisco man, that's very very sweet looking, how are things held to the board?

They aren't. I use these thick, clingy latex strips.....sorta like inner-tube material. Makes it easier for me to break down and throw into a backpack.

Waiting on a dual bypass looper pedal from wee lush to use with the t-resonator, hopefully will be able to squeeze in above it. The channel switcher to the left of the purple octopus will be fed the cv out from an Ehx 8step off board and allow me to route it to either the PS3 or the CT5. Ditto x4 is also off board for the end of the chain.
Need to redo a whole bunch of pancake jack cables too as none are really right and I wanna use less cheapo ones. Managed to power everything on here from a Cioks Big John with the IEC link also powering a Cioks DC10. So happy to not have to use 8-10 wall warts any more. Plus my ISO brick is now powering my bass board comfortably. :animal:

How do you like that Zoom multi-fx? Kinda been thinking of getting one for a handful of extra delay layers
I really like it, but I use it for wacky sounds. Chaining 5 weirdo modulation/pitch/synth settings together is a lot of fun. Like triangle wave synth -> harmoniser -> slicer -> attack bender -> reverse delay :snax:
All the dirt and amp sims are pretty crap. It's kind of a no-brainer for the cost though! Great for filling in other flavours you might want to use once in a while too, like I don't need a dedicated flanger on my board, but I can have one through the ms50g. It also does the Boss Ps-3/rainbow machine thing relatively well, both of which cost in excess of these.
If you need tap tempo for those additional delay layers you'll need to get/make a bypass looper for it though.

It would seem so. I've seen 3-4 on boards here over the years, but it always seems to get flipped under the pretense of "amazing but annoyingly finicky"

I'm pretty determined to keep it, but I wouldn't completely rule out flipping it. I don't imagine I'd be doing a ton feedback processing for live playing. I actually really love the envelope modulating the LFO depth of cutoff frequency thing which is how I'll mostly be using it with the inbuilt delay fx. I'll feedback for noisy interludes, and probably during songs with the MURF on the input, but will have to have my settings marked to quick return. I think the bypass footswitches will make it a lot more usable though.
Once I have the sustainiac installed on my strat I imagine I'll be doing a lot of infinite sustained notes on the floor using the molten midi and 8step to play melodies while I dick about with the pedz like someone who's never heard of a synthesizer before.

Can you demo that jazz when you figure it out please?

Sounds dreamy.

Well that's because it's a fun way to do music. Also, synthing is hard if actually wanna play them.
The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents.
