Yeah, check out Ciat-Lonbarde...http://www.ciat-lonbarde.net/ he makes those euro modules in those demos. On his website you can find schematics for almost everything he's designed if you're into DIY...look for his paper circuits for instance. The website isn't the easiest to navigate but there is a wealth of knowledge on there if you spend the time. You might check out his Tocante touch synth too. There are a couple different versions, ostensibly the different models are multi oscillator sine, triangle, and square waveforms. But there are these inner nodes that let you circuit bend to get crazy sounds like what I think you might be looking for.

For instance, here's an example of playing one straight through a pedal.

and here's using some quarters on the touch surface to "circuit bend" the circuit. any conductive material can be used to get various degrees of different results.

yeah i'm the same way haha. I started off with one of his Tetrax organs and moved onto his other goodies, finding his instruments was really one of the best things that could happen for me, really opened up a new whole new world to explore. Here's a demo I made with a Tetrax organ through a couple pedals, kinda gives a hint at some of the sounds possible.
