i have MISSED Maschine. the upgrades in 2 are sexy, the layout and feature set of the Jam are SEXIEST.

i think this will complement the Beatstep Pro really well, i have velocity sensitive pads on my LaunchKey and kinda suck at finger drumming anyways (prefer step sequencers), AND I MISSED MASCHINE.

all the controllers! curious how you dig the X Touch. was looking at one of thems.

I was partial to the fact that there's no reported issues at all with Tracktion (and they have a fairly extensive demo of using it for everything under the sun in it).

I wanted a controller, I wanted motorfaders, I didn't want to change my DAW.

And the "smaller" Compact wasn't a downside for me - same number of faders, enough knobs, and I don't use the advanced transport stuff/scribble strip so figured I'd save a couple hundred!

niiiiice. yeah. i loved having motorized faders back in the day.

i want a Midi Fighter Twister, but a Korg NanoKontrol 2 is about $150 cheaper.

if i stay as balls deep excited with Maschine as much as i hope i'll be, i realllllly want to grab a Kontrol Keyboard to use instead of the Launchkey. i really do just stay within NI's wheelhouse soft synth wise, and that thing has some NICE NI specific thingers. but they are bannnnnnnk.
