It plays great. The gold foils are very low output and dark but still nice. I just need something a little brighter

There are lots of different gold foils. They're generally not necessarily bright sounding, but "open" sounding.

Those knobs are actually apem knobs from Mouser. Some of my favorite knobs. They have a small skirt that is hard to see in pics. I can find a link later.

Here you guys go. Go to Mouser and search for: PK90B1/4

The apem version is out of stock, but that TE version is the same. Basically TE is the same knobs at prices that are double haha. But their worth it ;) I just order more for my new guitar.

I love those cosmo knobs, I wonder if they would look any good on my Dan Armtrong.

Not only do mustangs/duosonics look great they FEEL great too ... they have those round milky fender curves like no other ... great looking guitar btw
