My wife got started on HZD, last night. So far, the story seems nice. But, it may turn out to be too RPG to hold my interest. I'll probably end up wondering off to go play with pedals...

I've been playing Overwatch. The Bastion buff kind of makes the game unplayable though.

FWIW ozgameshop has Nier for $68 which is cheaper than any australian retailers i've seen, just gotta wait for shipping. i'm pretty keen for it.
waiting for more reviews for Horizon since i'm not sure the gameplay would be my kinda thing.

It's so great, Nintendo should just pay the guy some shut-up money and put the thing on the eshop.

Holy Shit. BotW has 98% on metacritic with 52 reviews in. That's some OoT shit. Must resist urge to get Switch for slightly better graphics and framerate. :?:

The worry I have is about the extent to which it's a WiiU game that has a Switch port (like Twilight Princess), but since I don't have a WiiU there isn't much dilemma for me.

I'm a huge Zelda fan but I kind of feel like there hasn't been a good one since Wind Waker (which I'm playing through again right now and is PERFECT, fuck the HD remake)

It's got 88 on metacritic with a crapton of reviews. It's good to go.
People from the [redacted] team were playing it this morning at work, it looks awesome on a big screen. I want to buy it but I don't have time to play games these days. That's why I want a Switch, I can play that anywhere while keeping an eye on my son (the PS4 is in the music room) :)

too many cutscenes and heavy/realistic movement mechanics i guess? also i get motion sickness and the perspective/FOV combo is the kind that would probably trigger it after a while.
i'm not under the impression it won't be a good game, but i mean I couldn't get into the Witcher III so i'm obviously insane.

Breath Of The Wild is getting crazy reviews and there's no telling when I'll be able to afford a Switch. -_-

yeah it actually looks insanely good and really fun. i was waiting till it was released to see actual people playing it and to get reral opinions on it, not paid and sponsored opinions.

i'm still sour at nintendo though to actually buy a switch. you still can't even get an nes classic mini.

There's like a line around the block at the nintendo store near our studios, I'm guessing it's for the switch. I'm intrigued on how the reviews are for the thing besides zelda is awesome

considering they're currently delivering millions of pre-orders AND additional floor stock for the Switch it's total bullshit how the NES classic was/is so under-supplied.

i might just crack and buy one in a couple of months but i keep noticing little design quirks that seem annoying - like how the headphone jack is on the top not the bottom like every other handheld? weird.
