Put this setup together this morning. Should be appropriate for this rainy day.

Tore apart my bigger board after a purge. Been rocking this spray painted plank since. Diggin it so far. The Miku is run through one send of the LS-2 to get some clean signal blend. Need to fix my volume pedal yo. Running the judder into a Boss GL-100 for the HM2 styles.
This afternoon my daughter and I have been rocking psychedelic version of songs from the Moana soundtrack. Lin Manuel whoever is the flippin devil.

I like the Mellowtone Dunk Tank (might be too simple for you) and the RM-1N (might have too much going on). Way too many others out there to list, but those two are my favorites thus far. Did not like the Caroline Meteore. Do you still have your Romferd, btw? Also how do you like the Solen compared to the Echo Degrader?PeteeBee wrote:Like what? just curious. I think my Pladask Solen is a PT2399 delay and it rules. I love how it's extremely reactive to my playing, but this means it has to go first in the chain so that it doesn't get overloaded, or I have to set it really mellow. No idea if that is inherent in the chip or just the way this particular delay workshotknife wrote: PT2399 based reverbs

I'll need to look into the Dunk Tank! Simple reverb is my favorite assuming it meets my needs. That is exactly why I've never tried out an RM-1N. I also didn't care for the Meteorehotknife wrote:I like the Mellowtone Dunk Tank (might be too simple for you) and the RM-1N (might have too much going on). I sold for Romferd because I only used it for the metallic aspect and I was normally trying to mask the vibrato. I then missed the metallic clang, so I picked up the Solen because the Mod knob on the two is supposed to be similar. It seems to be similar, but it is hard to get the Mod as high in the mix as on the roofers. Solen and Echo Degrader seem somewhat similar to me. Echo Degrader has a lot more control and ability to have it sit in the back of what you're playing and just make things prettier. Solen is harder to keep consistent, it gets a lot more pronounced as you strum harder vs pick single notes and stuff, which I kind of love. For my lame indie songs that I always write, I leave it on all the time and it is just a subtle little mushiness through the verse then really makes the chorus huge as I strum along. I can easily see having both and liking it, but for my simple taste Solen seems like the better option.

The Dunk Tank really is a wonderful little reverb. It makes me very happy, and there's something really nice about just having a single knob. I really am surprised at how big it sounds. Everything below two o' clock feels like your typical amp reverb, and everything over that feels enormous. Feels like a really well thought out design.

I have similar sentiment toward Recovery's Endless Summer II. 1 knob for wet, 1 knob for dry; both can be overdriven.
Mellowtone really hit an aesthetic bullseye with the Dunk Tank and I've been wondering how their 'single knob verb' would be approached, functionally

I think a lot of that is from the input/output transistors (beyond your standard BDTR-2 verb layout).wfs1234 wrote:The Dunk Tank really is a wonderful little reverb. From the little I've managed to figure out , it looks like the transistors are laid out similarly to the Wolf Computer.
