I wonder why the judder doesn't get that much love, it's one of the most amazing pedals I've ever tried.

I've had all of these and the only one that doesn't get the right amount of love is the Protostar. Now that's a really gorgeous pedal. Yum yum gloop.

Pedal is a work of art, but just doesn't sound particularly good. The single tone controls for each channel were beyond woeful in my setup. I'm sure most people will get on well with it, but I couldn't get what I wanted out of it. Doesn't have as much gain as I would have liked too.

edit to say: When I get the Mini in, I know that, despite it not having 6 pedals in one or being particularly new and exciting, I can plug it in and get instant, perfect, exploded awesomeness out of it, with all the tone controls and gain I need. I need to just stick with what I know works for me. :thumb:

The Tone1 guy? I actually messaged him an offer on that, he said he'd get back to me but he didn't and, some time later, it sold for the price I'd offered.
I got mine from a guy called Sean who offered it in exchange for the Brothers. Sorry dude!

edit: wait, you mean the sean guy, don't you. I'm sorry!!!!!

I know exactly what you mean about the Mini.

I have a prototype Mini that doesn't have a bass control and it works perfectly well as a low gain OD/Dirty cleans and all that, but I've been looking for a big broken explodey dirt and I keep coming back to the Mini. I'm just gonna end up getting another one.

I've sold two Minis in the past month to afford other things, thinking the Brothers would do what the Mini does and then some (I have an RML 432k coming in for some added madness soon), but it didn't. At least for me it didn't. The Mini only does a few flavours, but they're all perfect. I ended up paying a bit more for this one than what I sold the others for, but it's a sparkly pink one, so who's laughing now, dad?!!?? Eh??? Eh????

Line 6 DL4 because I've never tried one out for real. Don't think it's going to be my thing. Be ready for the flip.

Adrenalinn. Right up my alley.

Dwarfcraft Necromancer. Been eyeing it for a while, finally pulled the trigger

Yeah I'm excited. The down side of being crazy busy at work is that I don't have time to play with anything. The plus side is that I can afford extra anythings.

Almost through working 15 straight days of stuffed 10-12 hour work days and this haul should be a nice reward.

I've maybe found time to play an instrument maybe twice this month so far and I'm itching

Welp, got shipping confirmation on my Koma Field Kit - the DIY box is either currently or soon to be over the Atlantic ocean on its way to the states!
Also I decided that I'm done fucking around and I'm about to go full-on experimental pop on the world so I got this coming in:

With this stuff and the Mescaline (along with my CV-capable pedals & utility interfaces I've built) I should be ready for some synchronized chaos.

solo tunes:
completed works || loosey goosey releases
associated acts:
Raab Zamboni (fake jazz/real noise//sax, modular synth, editing, misc) || Field Guide (my best friends//sax on 2 tracks)

I make t-shirts, patches, koozies, buttons, CDs, sometimes tapes, and eventually i'll start working on pedals again. DM me for pricing!

Incoming: Sound City 50 Plus. Working, but need a hug and some parts swapping.
Had a few of these before and with some work they sound really good.
