It's so exotic you've never even heard of it. It grows in the crystal lettuce forests of eastern Uzbekistan and was harvested by blind monks.

Those are Hugh Tracey kalimbas.

https://www.kalimbamagic.com/shop/hugh- ... kalimbasI/

Funny story, I bought 2 of them and received them. A few weeks later I received 2 more of the same ones but they had sticky notes on them that they needed fine tuning and were a little buzzy. So, very strange they would not only send me my order twice, but also ones that weren't finished being tuned. So take that for whatever it's worth.

Which tunings did you buy UG?

I'm gonna flip my volca sample and dd500 for an Electribe Sampler. There was a cheap used one for sale with Amazon Prime shipping, so, that should be here Saturday! Very excited to get some layered synth and drums with my minilogue. :omg:

I hope that doesn't mess anything up for my secret satan.
I'd like one of those too. Seems like the ideal live sequencer brain. It could play drum loops and fx by itself and then sequence external synths as well, assuming you're talking about the new gen.
Yup, I'm getting the electribe 2. That midi sequencer feature was the deciding factor. Also, I'm pretty sure it has the original firmware, so, I'm thinking about doing that firmware hack to make it switchable between synth or sampler electribes.
I have been on the fence about trying this mod. Would be slick to be able to switch between the two. Not sure what version firmware mine i running.

I bought one of their SaGaRaMalamdingdong or whatever Air-Tuned Karimbas from them last year that I REALLY love, has the built in pickup which is great if you have a decent piezo preamp. Its Dminor/Fmajor. I really dig the intuitive layout of notes in that fellow's custom tunings. So this time I ordered the SaRaGa Freygish and Lotus tuned with pickups. Freygish is C harmonic minor and Lotus is Gm/Cm i think. I have a storewide? 10% off coupon code somewhere if anyone's interested. That's cool they sent you extras, i had a rather unremarkable transaction with them but I think it was the holidays and they never really replied to my follow up emails? but it arrived so alls good. :)*

Yeah I have the Air and Freygish too. I also recall him not responding to my email either. Whatever.
