The longer you play, the better it gets. Give it 70 hours or so and you'll be another fanboy proclaiming it the greatest game of all time too (for good reason).GAS KING wrote:Going to give Witcher 3 another shot. tried it on PS4, but now on PC. Got through the first little bit and liked it more than last time already.
Snagged killing floor 2 as well....man that will be a fun multiplayer game.

Playing through the TW3 is amazing, then getting hungry and read all the books makes it even more amazing.
It's insane how fully fleshed out the Witcher world is.

I mean, it's a series of books (soon to be a Netflix series), so I'd hope the setting would be fleshed out.Andrew wrote:^^

Depends on your taste, really. Here are some of my favorites from the psp, I'm probably forgetting some though, since it has been ages.Achtane wrote:I liked Kenka Bancho: Badass Rumble. I really only want it to play ROM's of R-Type and Gradius. Anyone still rocking a PSP? Good games to check out?

Re: The Video Game thread
Not sure how I feel about a Netflix Witcher series, the games and books were pretty conclusive, and games were the best format for it to be told, but we'll see I guess.
The more time I invest into Prey, the better it gets though, so far this is my goty, and I don't see anything else coming out this year that's likely to top it.

I think I'm going to pick up Prey when I finish Dishonoured 2. I hear they have a similar feel to them

Yeah there are a lot of similarities. Imagine System Shock 2 had a kid with Dishonored and there you go: Prey.

So, even though I pretty much quit video games altogether a couple of years ago, and even though I know it's gonna be a massive rip off, I'm a little hyped by the trailers for Destiny 2.
Not enough to consider finishing the original or even consider buying it, but still.

I think that series is only worth it if you're playing consistently with friends. Boring as batshit solo and relying on PUG players is pretty much useless.

Can't wait for destiny 2. On PC after selling my PS4....it will be nice to play destiny again.
The core game seems to be similar, but big quality of life changes. Easier for the solo/no friends player to find groups.
