The DC5 specifically is made to fit under the Metro and Nano boards. I don't think any others would.

Do you know if a DC5 will power a Strymon pedal like the El Capistan?

Strymon call for 250mA minimum for their smaller pedals and the DC5 has two 300mA jacks, so I would assume yes. :thumb:
For what it's worth, I have a DC5 under a Metro 16 and Metro 20 and they're rock solid supplies.

I'm thinking of ditching my PTjr and going this route. Definitely, the cioks is better than my thomann psu (but 5x the price unfortunately!) and I think I need something wider. But would I miss the incline....?

Are there any alternatives to the flat PTs that come with decent cases?

I'm building some pedalboards out of reclaimed mahogany and furniture-grade plywood. What sort of dimensions do y'all think would be desirable?

One-row and two-rows are best. So maybe 5" and 11-11.5"? Widths are more fickle...multiples of four works for most configurations, though (that being a pretty normal width with pedals patched).
The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents.

I recently decided to further simplify my board and rock a Rat/Muff dirt combo (at least until the next Bee Baa clone arrives):

If the Zoom MS-70CDR had better bitcrushing, pitch shifting, and pitch vibrato effects, there would be at least two fewer pedals in the mix.

Took me a while to put this puppy together and I'm really happy with the way it turned out. Amazing array of sounds in here. Had a lot of fun actually assembling everything and routing all the cables. Let me know what you think/what you'd do differently. I'd love to route this for stereo at some point but that's a project for another day...

Pedal board is a Pedaltrain Novo 32 with 3 x Pedaltrain 10" Boosters installed. All held together with 3M Dual Lock. Patch bay by Best-Tronics Pro Audio. Cable by Goodwood Audio. All powered by a Strymon Engineering Zuma and two Ojais.

Damn son, you don't fuck around

That's gotto cost more than my car. Looks way nicer too ;)

I was gonna post a pic of my board. Not so sure anymore now, my small messy cheap ass board is pretty much the opposite of your work of art
