hey man I'm sorry for the belated response, but thank you, this stuff is mostly sample based with some synths programmed by myself.

Additionally, the album referred to above is now free to download. I made some $ initially but that's dried up recently so here y'all:

Just posted anew batch of songs here: https://krudler.bandcamp.com/album/krudler-7-imbecile
As usual, started out with a Melvins / Torche / My Bloody Valentine thing in mind, then piled up and trimmed back layers of synths, feedback loops, etc. until it seemed like its own weird thing.
Anyway, there's a lot of fuzz/synth texture that you guys seem to dig. Cheers!

some of the synths were created from fuzz factory samples.

Posted a couple of quick tracks as a demo for folks asking about the Lollar gold foils in my new axe. These are rough one-pass noodles over a simple loop. The guitar is very close to dry to try and highlight the sound of the pickups. There are obvious changes in sound as I use the tone knob and pickup selector.

Collings 360 LT M with 2 Lollar gold foil pickups into the clean channel of an Audio Kitchen The Big Trees and then direct into Ableton Live. A touch of reverb from Altiverb and some low end roll-off and high end cut from DMG eq were used. The loop was played back by a Revolver DX.

The overall vibe is sparse, melancholy downtempo:

This one is heavyish melodic synth music. Somewhat ambient, but I went for more movement.
The track is composed of software synths played with my Jamstik+, drums are the Garageband iOS drummer, which is "meh" but I composed this during my lunch breaks for about a week...

Listening to this on some pretty good headphones and it's really great. Haven't listened to much ambient music lately but this is suitably ominous and dense, although it feels a little too early in the year to be listening to it.

Yeah, all my stuff is winter music.. I write most of it in summer though... I don't like summer so it is psychological therapeutic
