You might be right actually....last I checked he uses a woolly mammoth but that may be the mystery synth!

He actually uses a micro KORG a lot believe it or now.

Damn y'all, my bandmate/friend just got a Wersi Helios for free, we went and picked it up locally last week! The Klaus Wunderlich organ. Yesterday I was at his house and got to check it out and it's fucking sick. Insane amount of sounds, effects and programmability. The insides are very clean and complicated af, circuit porn deluxe, I didn't have a camera but I will take pictures next time. His has the newest version drum machine, but it's otherwise like this one:

Actually, TOBACCO used an Octave Cat on a lot of tracks I like. Go figure. So aggressive monosynth + bassy fuzz = cool
I'm going to post my fleet of synths soon. I just confirmed with someone who wanted to make me a custom CMOS logic gate thing to NOT make it anymore...so I'm officially done acquiring synths (until I'm not  )!

Thank you! Most (3/4) of those were acquired for significantly less (usually up to 50%) than retail. I have other smaller things (Microgranny, Nanosynth, BitRanger, Volcas etc.) but those are the main guys. One more was potentially coming in but 1. The guy didn't build it 2. I didn't want it any more cause I realized I had 4 fucking synths. I think both parties were mutually relieved when I said 'If you haven't built it...please don't"

That's great, but I am interested in the small things tho! The bitranger in particular, how is it??

It's very cool!! I am yet to get the expansion kits (and probably won't for a while). I like those little modular things. I was tempted to get a KASTL but my gear to musical release ratio is too low at the moment to rationalize one   I also have a MicroGranny but we all know how you and I feel about that. I got my granny for like $110 too which looking back, makes me really happy for some reason.

I like it a lot but, it's kind of a fetish item. You can find something in the same price range that is more versatile. I always liked the Oddy so when I heard they were reissuing it (I remember the press release!) I knew I was getting one. I waited a year though for the price drop.

I really niche hype gear haha

I really feel a kastle as well. A kastle+granny+volca sample or PO-12 + something keyboardy seems like such a great lil rig

Also want to get another granny and have a threesome

How do you like the ARP and GAIA? I kind of throught/assumeee the GAIA was more like stock trancey and gimmicky.
