I got this thing and its very very hard to play.
They are indeed VERY hard to play. I gave up after 9 months a sold it to fund some touring. Miss it though. Need to get another one some day. When I got more money and more patience.
Thanks! It'a Peavey T60 body with an EGC neck, porter humbuckers w/ clear bobbins, and V/V/T/T wiring w/ a killswitch. I had a local machinist fab the backplate and bridge because the Peavey logos were hideous. The stupid thing weighs 13 lbs but I like it a lot.
Thanks! Do you have one? They are good stock and super awesome with a little bit of work with less than a few dollars in parts not counting tubes or a speaker. Mine is setup with some JJ6V6S in it which i am really happy with.
OH HI I LOVE FUZZ. It's been...half a decade. I've been roaming the no man's land of grandpa guitars, but lately I've had a hankering to get stupid loud and obnoxious again, so...returned!
this seems like a good place to dive in - my current quiver -
the Bilt is the newest to me...pretty, pretty boss.

Thanks! You can't tell so well from the picture, but it's double-bound. I like the pickups. Haven't felt the need to change them. They're, supposedly, Toneriders. They're spanky, yet still useful elsewise. I usually run my tone knob back about halfway.
While leaves shall fall, do branches intertwine, that we remain bound.
