They just released a beta version of the new firmware for 1010 Toolbox which sounds like it makes it an extremely powerful sequencer. Interested to learn more.

trying to stay All Modular, No Externals?

Part of it is staying in the box but also workflow mostly. I really like the layout and menus for Assimil8or and the functionality of what can be done is pretty damn amazing. Really excited to mix it with the Control Forge too. Having the cv control right there instead of a module in between through midi is nice too. Also I want to do the sequencing through my Polyend now so a module starts to make more sense to me.

Oh! And most of all.... individual outs!!!! HUGE.

right? so annoying that DT STILL doesn't have the promised 8 outs. that's the one thing about Deluge i'm not the happiest with, multi outs GOOD.

Stages - i'm really digging it so far. played with it as a sequencer (BOSS), some tempo sync'd LFOs (DELICIOUS), and some triggered AD envelopes. i really like the versatility, want to spend the time to get my head all the way around all it can do. SUPER dig that you can easily modulate any stage of an envelope you want to.

buuuuit i'm totes keeping my Quadra. at least for now. VERY nice to have 4 reliable already setup ADSR envelopes.
