Probably just go with a TAFM. I tried out so many way back when but that was always my all around fave. Then I'll start trying out the peeps I've missed over the past few years.
Also get a Bitquest to round out my board for a while. Before I had kids I could change out my board lineup fast. Now I have to be more selective.

I have a Marsh Chapel that ryan summit bought and I was supposed to assemble but never got around to. Is it hard for someone who never did this before?
I'm prob never gonna use it and don't have an enclosure for it or anything. It just sits there reminding me I don't finish things.
TAFM is sweet. As for expression filters, I don't know of many, but the DBA Evil filter is pretty sweet.. It's just crazy expensive. There is a great video of a dude doing expression stuff with it.. super neat. I still want pics of the inside of one if anyone has one
Haxan (all mine!) and Virus (on loan) from Jero/Stomping Stones
Haxan is Jero's most sincerely awesome take/expansion on the classic Dan Armstrong Blue Clipper (think Distortion + and beyond!); I'm not exactly sure what Virus is, but in my rig it is acting like a MKI Tonebender on peyote, so everything is
in my house right now.
"In a moment of unparalleled genius, Noel Parachute headed off this potential disaster by unplugging the microphone."
Yeah that's a good point. Even with demos where the guitar is out of tune and the dude is meatclawing some power chords you can usually tell if the device is for you
