I've been looking for one of these Pittsburgh Patch Boxes for a while and finally found one. I've mainly wanted it for processing guitar and standalone synths, but I will also slowly build from here. Got µBurst to start out, but I've got some more modules on the way. Also what are your favorite effect modules?

I just flipped my O+C for a uO+C, with the sole intention of putting Hemispheres on it. Such a fantastic idea, and dude seems committed to developing it further. Hyped.

I love the 4ms DLD and the Strymon Magneto, although I feel like the Magneto is still new to me and so can only recommend it with that caveat. When Clouds II comes out something will likely have to go and it will probably come down to my Magneto or my Morphagene, the DLD is probably here to stay.
I've been searchin' for the dolphins in the sea.

As a note: unless you want a lot of clocks and minimal CV control, there's absolutely no reason to get a Magneto instead of an El Capistan.

I definitely like the DLD, could be lots of fun for looping if you're into that. I'd definitely be on the look out for what the next clouds is going to be

DLD is super nice. i never use the looping so i'm going to try the Chronoblob in her place for a bit, see if i miss the two sides? which is how i mostly use it. one input, the two outs vacillating between division options.

I'm definitely interested in all those delays. I've also played the Eventide DDL which seems really nice. I think the DLD would be best suited for this format if I could find an offset module to let me use the switches as triggers/gates. And I'm definitely on the lookout for the new Clouds, but I read Olivier said it will most likely be next year

Does anyone have one of those ARC Serge TKB euro controller thingums? Curious to know or see a pic of how much clearance there is between the faceplate and the pcb behind it - considering banana-fying it if it's not too crazy.

Some of my favorite effect modules incl.

Make Noise Echophon. Insane echo and pitch shift madness machine. I use it mostly with a Benjolin but I bet a guit would sound really good through it.

Analogue Systems Comb Filter. Sort of phased out flanged out micro-delay monster. It is VERY deep, though, so check ya specs.

Dave Smith DSM03 Feedback. A real shit fucker upper. "At the heart of this unique module is a tuned feedback line for sound mangling; a newly-designed, resonant, low-pass filter for tone shaping..." etc. One of my favorite jokes is to run a Meng Qi Karp into this for double fucked karplus-strong zaps.

I knew about the Echophon, but not the other two and they're both up my alley. The DSM03 sounds especially awesome. Thanks!

Have you tried putting drum modules through Rings? I've put a lot of drum machines through resonators on my iPad and it's always a good time, :snax: It's like adding another layer of percussion, or acousticisizigjnergfeng them.
