Muser - i loooove the Shuttle Control. super simple to program, does LOADS, just works. only Endorphin.es stuff i've used though. i think Deltz had/has the Furthurrr?

Auntie Ler - yeah. it was super hard not to grab one of the MN ones. i'll see how solid these two are (have the acoustic guitar stand and the 3d Waves stands on the way), might ditch one and grab the MN. espensive, but looks GOOD.

It’s the best. Never thought I’d consider a stand for synths worth a couple hundred, totally is.

YOU'RE BEING VERY PERSUASIVE.

edit - yah. ordered. $150 is a lot of cabbage for a stand, but when the synth is like 10 g's or so, FUCK IT WHY NOT.

Word, the Jamstand is one of my best studio investments ever, and has lasted me even through format change. I filled the bottom 9u half with a 1u power strip and 5 drawers (two 1u and three 2u), which are full of spare cables, guitar parts, screws, tools, adapters etc, and had the top 12u all 19" synths and effects before it got euro'd up with HEKs. It is super sturdy, and with the wheels locked it stands absolutely firm. The gear racked into it is much more secure than anything just resting on a separate stand could ever be. There's just no possibility of anything falling or getting knocked over, and I'm always grateful for that when I see big wide cases placed precariously on narrow stands, or balancing on other cases.

I love Endorphin.es

The new system is cool. I have had most of the individual components over the years. The Furthrrr Generator is one of the best Buchla type 259 based complex oscillators. It would say there is some hair on it when I describe it’s characteristics. Like Behndy said, the Shuttle Control is so easy to use, especially for being do configurable. The Terminal is dope, they were doing side band oscillators before it was cool (i.e. JFT). The function generator in the Terminal is good but the stock LPG was a little slow for my taste, luckily it easy enough to switch out actual Vactrol if you have that experience. There are a lot of neat little intelligent features throughout the whole system. I say Do It if you are looking for a West Coastish system that that can play in tune and works well with midi/computers.

A brand new pexp2 PNW expander showed up today with the midi jack reverse wired from the factory. Managed to correct it after an hour of troubleshooting by lucky guesswork, but the hour I spent getting there was a little angsty.

closest i've seen is the CV Crossfade Mixer from Syinsi? but it doesn't have any CV control.

http://syinsi.com/shop/pcbpanelkits/cv-crossfade-mixer/

woot! finally got their site to work. have everything i want from Syinsi in kits on the way to a builder bud from Muffs. WOOT!

..... except the CV Keyboard. sort of.... want that.

and as neat as the Pulp Logic ones are, i just got 4 of the Syinsi's in, and DAYUM they are beautiful. would be okayyyyyy with a whole row of his.

My Bastl TEA KICK is responding to triggers too slowly. If I send too many triggers to it, the TEA KICK begins to skip triggers. I do not like this behavior. Is this normal TEA KICK behavior or is my personal TEA KICK fucked in the dome piece?
