Same man. My introduction to The Mars Volta was Frances the Mute. My music taste has never been the same. Hahaognoy wrote:I was a massive Frusciante-fanboy myself in my teens. He and Omar Rodriguez was my gateway drug to experimental music.BitchPudding wrote: My covers been blown!
Huge Frusciante fan since I was a kid, as well as a fan of the dudes hes influenced (Omar Rodreguez-Lopez for one). I don't sound anything like him play style wise, but I love the tone so I got the pedals.
Plus the DS-2 was necessary to run the WH10 properly. They really are ment for eachother.
The first Ataxia EP had a huge impact on me.

Good shit dude. I’m digging this.Glace_Noire wrote:I use the bow in between songs during our gigs. I like to switch between bow an ebow for some parts while playing it live to « force » me to find new textures for a same track.odontophobia wrote:Gonna check it now. When are you using the bow?
You can clearly listen to the bow during the intro of our EP and in the middle, between tune I et II (These two are merged because it was planned to be released on a one side cassette tape)

Here it is a short video clip of me recording some bow part for this EP:

Excuse the Instagram filter. This has been my board for a few months now but I'm thinking of shaking things up. Maybe swapping the TR for an RKM and selling the Condor to help fun a Spaceman Orion, which would replace the Empress.

Humandingus, your fuck is one of the coolest i've seen.
I haven't posted here in a looong time but here is what I brought on my move back to the Netherlands

ST-2 > Fuck > Blunderbuss > Supatrem > CT5 > El Cap > Timebender > Space.
Kinda want to redo the board a bit for a different layout but so far there's some really sweet combos on here

The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents.

How do you hit the triggers on the middle Chase Bliss pedals? Looks like they're just a couple of inches from the dials and hat switches on the Total Recall.
