Jwar that's a really interesting board. How are you using the Interstellar Orbiter? I've always been intrigued by it but haven't really heard much with it.

It depends on the song but I've used it with guitar and bass on the same track. I have some fairly unconventional methods I think to recording (I mic fucked up amps or small combo's). I basically ignore all the rules and just do whatever the fuck I think sounds good even if it's clipping, which has lead to some amps breaking...but whatever. lol

Sweeping the frequency on this thing is probably the most useful and fun way to use it but messing with the rate is equally awesome. I like to sweep the mix as well but I have to do that by hand.

That being said, the last time I used it, it was with my cable and no guitar or bass connected. Just my fingers causing a pulse. It actually sounded really cool.

I've even used it for vocals. LOL. It's a pretty cool pedal IMO.

Honestly, I don't even need a board at this point. It just is a little easier to use this way.

Yep, still have the green monster, it is not a gigging friendly pedal to me, cool for recording but too tweaky and quirky to have on a bass gigging board.
