i like the idea of Stages in harmy oscL mode, but Just Friends just sounds better to me. put JF and 3 Sistahs back in and dayuuuum i forgot how much fun they are.

holy sheezee i love the VG8 but i can NOT get it to reliably reset. tried every single thing i can find online. it felt like Darkest Barnyard's suggestion was working, but it sometimes resets, mostly doesn't now. so frustrating because it is just a joy to program.

If you find a good alternative to VG8 let me know. One of my favorite modules (that + Voltage Block combo is so good) but I can't justify having it if I can't start and stop in sync with everything else. It's a fairly popular combo and given how frequent clones and recreations are in this space I'm surprised there aren't more alternatives.

yeah. i love using it. and the VG4 syncs fine. mebbe it's some type of hardware not software issue? i know Josh and them just put out a beta update, but in every FW i install, always has the same issue.

dude, lemme get dat arc if you don't get along!! I think you will love it though. Second JF on the way and thinking I should grab a second Cold Mac too. I'll chill for a few days but the CM I have is parked with the w/'s. Are you gonna do any i2c stuff like polyearthsea to JF and 301? if so, maybe you want ES so you have knobs? I guess they all have trade offs. I'm using ansible for it now.

I wanna move my optomix and morphagene. If anyone wants to trade stuff, let me knowwww

I didnt even think of that til now. side note... norns is sick. I love it and I think you would too. they're making an expander called crow, which will allow norns to communicate w euro. I'm just so happy with this stuff lately and am a big advocate for it )

also, HUH. just reset the out that i was using on Pam's trying to reset the VG8 and..... it works perfectly now. using the -|_ Stop modifier and..... disco.

which is soooooooooo GOOD. because i LOVE this thing. and the VG4+ is crazy butts boss good times, but the 8+ is awesoooooooomeeee.

@Behndy glad you got your PNW-VG8+ sync issue sorted, I find it useful to full reset Pam’s once in a while since it is very easy to forget that you have a channel out of phase or a pulse-width offset.
