Trace, do you live in Knoxville? I lived there awhile in 2011/12

Finally got the main mic in my phone replaced...after a year+ of it being busted. Now I can record only audio again (in stereo, yay), without having to extract it from video.

Nope, I live in murvul haha, but the only offer I've gotten to do comedy at home is at a bar where one biker beat another with a bike chain just the other day, so I turned it down.

There's been a lot of bad shit happened since, but my show went well and I was told I was a lot of folks' favorite (this is despite none of my friends or family showing up [thankfully, some of those jokes were rough]), and I was told that the only reason I had 30 minutes instead of 15 was because I was doing so much better than the other comedians, I've been getting messages about doing more paid shows. I don't have much going right for me now, but I'm thankful for that.

For the first time in almost a year, I feel like my brain is starting to change in a positive way. I feel happy, not all the time, but much more than I have in the past. I attribute this to many factors but one of the most important was adding berries to my diet. Over the last year, I've really let my diet go into the crapper. Side effect of depression I suppose. Now, I'm turning it back around and just in the last week I feel so much better. I can finally kind of see the forest through the trees. :)

After work I jammed to some Uncle Jimmy while I was finally able to start my balcony garden (disregard the 2 on the floor - those are holdovers from winter):

Image

I've been travelling so much for work and the weather has been shit during the weekends so I'm late to the party, but I'm hopeful that my stuff will work out nicely.

Top row: Gardenia and bougainvillea
Middle: Mint and basil
Bottom: Lavender, green beans, and squash; they'll be moved once they sprout
Side: Habanero and cherry tomato
Bottom right: Cat who wants to fuck them all up.

Thanks! Technically they're the apartment's, but yeah, my view is the woods and the pool just to the left of it.
