I'm in the same situation right now, I just adopted one 2 weeks ago and I feel he would be happier if he had some company when I'm not there.

Let me know how it goes!

This is my first pet ever too :joy:

Well this ain't my first rodeo, I've had 3 dogs, 5 cats, and there is a crow who hangs out at my house that gets wired up when I'm away for a day, but it is the first puppy definitely. My friend Willie is a dog trainer, advised a dog of the opposite sex to avoid dominance fights, get one slightly older who is trained but won't get too irritated by the energy, keep an eye on them when they're together, and crate them seperately but close together when you're out. I'm actually looking at a 1 and a half year pit, 65 pounds, named pabst. Everyone is telling my dog's gonna be huge, so I thought it'd be a good fit.

Course, it depends on your dog's temperament , my old dog didn't mind being stuck in the kitchen while I was at work, but the pup freaks out when I put her out a minute when I try to grab the puppy pad without her nipping my arms

Nah, I call him Kilgore because he reminds me of my old dog. Did you know they can imitate words? I'm trying to get him to say hi

:) Kilgore is a good name. I was actually joking that you were EAP. And yes, you should teach it to talk for sure.

Jury Duty with the case estimated to be 6 weeks. Going to Singapore for a week smack bang in the middle, so don't know if that makes things better or worse for me.

Just tell them your best friend is a cop, they hate that and won't pick you. Unless you already have been picked

Why does coffee

1. Smell so good
2. Taste half as good as it smells
3. Make your breath smell like you literally slurped dog shit

I was behind a woman on the interstate who was applying makeup AND on the phone at the same time.
1) That should count as a DUI but she'll probably spear herself into a guardrail or pedestrian anyway
2) Why do people hold their phone horizontally in front of them when they're talking into it?
