O yes, this. So goofy, so fun. I've only played 4.1 but it's definitely a top game. Can't wait to get into 5.

The way the levels build on each other is exceptional. I won't spoil anything but the game ups-the-ante every single board.

I liked it a lot better than Hearts of Stone... Although I think some of the enemies are overly complicated compared to some of the boss fights, but maybe I just missed something.

Also, there is a pretty great armor set you can collect in one of the areas... And you can kill a wild Pooh Bear!

Hmm I've found the fighting ok and I've been on the hardest difficulty this time round. But yeah those centipedes can be annoying sometimes.

Blood and Wine is amazing!! Hearts of Stone was fine but it didn't grab me nearly as much either

This interview with the developer of Bad North is super interesting. Especially all the stuff about procedural generation.

Once every couple months, I'll put on the "Diddy Kong Racing" soundtrack while I'm cooking. It has to be one of the top video game sound tracks. "Diddy Kong Racing" was fun as fuck.

This looks like a game that'd be fun to waste a few hours on.
Kinda makes me think of Breathedge, though.

I have been playing the ancient game "MadWorld" on Wii.

This game is fucked in the dome piece, fellows. Super violent and politically incorrect. Rules.

This was one of my absolute favorites. Love that game. Cool concept, great visuals.

Check out "No More Heroes" if you haven't. Sequel wasn't bad either....

And, if you thought Madworld was fucked, you really need to look at House of the Dead: Overkill..... Sweet baby Buddha, the last scene is so beautifully WTF.

I've had a copy of "No More Heroes" chilling on my shelf for a while and have never played it. Will rectify once "MadWorld" concludes.

I'll also check out the "House of the dead" game... had never heard of it! Thanks for the reco.

I got obsessed by "Risk of rain 2." I recommend it if you like "Binding of Isaac" et al. So far, I can make it to stage three pretty regularly but never yet to stage 4. I'm going to grind it out, boys.

That looks pretty fun. Might grab it for the Switch

Nice! You should combine it with finally watching Nausicaä - some of the visuals are clearly inspired by that film. But anyway, excellent game.

I just finished Fallen Order and bought a few games for the Switch (Risk of Rain 2, Donut County, and Untitled Goose Game) to keep me busy for awhile.

Fallen Order was surprisingly good. I started to work back through to find all the secrets, but that grew tiresome rather quickly.
