I should receive my Palette case today (if I'm not out getting my daughter at daycare ).
It'll be based on Teletype with expanders. Just Friends, W/, Radiomusic, Ultrafold, picoDSP and some other utilities.
That way I can focus the little time I have on using an actual instrument and not a collection of modules.



I'm going to try to sell my 7U/84HP case and a bunch of modules (uBraids, Peaks, STO, picoVCO, Pam's Workout v1, uVCF, Optomix, etc.) and if I sell enough I might get a second Palette later for Maths/Rings/Chronoblob and maybe a second W/ + utilities...

Looking forward to a smaller and more focused modular .

Btw, tip of the day if you have an Ultrafold (wonderful, wonderful module) : mult the output and make it go through a reverb and then plug it in the feedback input. Then play with the reverb's wet/dry mix. Very yes, I approve.

A delay might be good too there but probably less textural.

they're NEAT.

only gripe is a design choice, if you write a Quantizee pattern, then change the octave range/notes in the scale, it does not constrain what was written to new restrictions. i prefer the other way. but that is a minor, MINOR quibble.

Ants In Face - yep! but that doesn't bother me. it's just i have the Chrono for delays and the Dual FX is a Boss Bitch mini multi efx, both are mono or stereo. just losing the interest in the Tip Tops, and mono is not as useful for set it and forget it efx?

yeppers. got the Mimeo in and... yes. super fun. and not the normal WHAT THE FUCK DOES THAT EVEN MEAN labeling that MN is wont to do.

only played with a Rings melody into it so far, and it by far the most interactive and jammy delay i've used in Euro. i LIKE it.

can't wait to play with the Karplus Strong side.
