I have noticed a few members missing...
Thanks guys! I've been looking for this for a long time, so feeling very pleased. However (even though me finding/buying stuff I want has timed perfectly with selling stuff lately, not just this haul) I am now considerably poorer. Also, the forums membership list may have been altered a bit.. I'm not saying it wasn't kidneys but nobody really asked how vidret ended up with hooks for hands or where he got the inspiration for it from....

Also a shoutout to the man, aka my main lovetone guru, Gigahearts fx, for his guidande and wisdom through my search for overpriced gear. I am still just a humble padawan with much to learn... :p :thumb: :hello:

Just ordered one of those Lubdar fuzz wars from BST. :erm:

Stupid quarantine letting me browse gear all day while trying to work.

Haven't updated my ins and outs in a while.

My band broke up a few months ago so I've been swapping stuff out looking for inspiration, and I've been writing surfy stuff I'm looking to get weird with it during quarantine.

2 months ago my board was Green Ringer -> Digidelay -> Mini -> El Cap -> Fuck -> Unpleasant Surprise

In a week, my board will be Green Ringer -> Digidelay -> Surveyor -> Outward V2 -> Fuck -> Supernatural

Surveyor got here last week. I'm in love with it. I've been using it as my clean tone basically, gain fairly low and I don't set the EQ too extreme. It's a fairly low gain pedal in general, but it still gives you that chunky metallic clank with a super pronounced pick attack even with the gain at zero. Really great for the surfy stuff I've been working on.

I had a Ventris for a while but I traded it for the Outward, which hasn't arrived yet. I was torn between the Supernatural or True Spring to replace it, because I really need an always-on Spring verb. I'm not looking for insane drip, but still a little splashy. I went with the supernatural because it was about 60 bucks cheaper than the True Spring, and it'll look good with my Digidelay. Also discontinued so it's an easy flip if I decide it's not for me.

I really want a Draume, and hopefully I'll be able to snag one when they drop next week. After that, I'll need an expression pedal and possibly a small midi controller for my Outward if I gel with it.

I've barely flipped any gear the last 2 years because I had my sound perfect for that band. Being a free agent again is bad for my wallet.

I'm not band-free but we're playing really really REALLY a lot less than before, so i realte to your last statement A LOT.
Never bought and sold so much stuff like in the last 1.5 years.

Re-Surveyor: does it really add that clang-y character even when with really low gain - like, none? i could be definitely interested if so.

For sure, especially if you mess with the EQ. You can get a painful amount if treble if you want. Like I said, I keep it dialed back pretty far. I use it to give me that chunky attack, and then kick on the Fuck when I need more gain.
