Kind of a mess, but it's coming together. Swapped a couple things out today. May need to tweak the dirt section and trade out something high gain for a spongy drive, but as is its got plenty of sounds for home jamming

Yeah, the elements is such a great pedal.

Board is super white because a couple years back I found myself buying too many pedals. Rather than 'growing up' or developing 'self control' I decided to go monochrome to limit my options. Sold everything that didn't look like it belongs on a space ship console and only allowed myself to buy pedals that fit the color scheme (or lack thereof)

well, that's an...original....way to limit yourself.
i could never do something like that, i just need as much color as possible.

Excellent board though, despite the limitations

Are there any pedals you would change to something else, were it available in the desired color scheme?

thanks! I'm enjoying it tremendously.

there are so many great pedals out there that I'm sure I'm missing a handful of good stuff. the cadavernous reverb by blackout effectors comes to mind. fantastic reverb that I'd probably still have if not for the strict color scheme, but the levitation is a great verb so I don't actually miss it. everything on the board is somewhere between good enough and superlative. of course there are some cool toys that would be fun try out, like a meris hedra or something like that, but honestly black on white has good enough representation that I'm not making any sacrifices. Definitely would love an SSBS mini if I could ever find one with top jacks in white though.

what a big brain move
this approach is functional in 2 ways, as it is much easier to see the white pedals in a dimly lit space

I was noodling and recording few things this morning with this setup. I'm really enjoying a lot this very compact board!
