I initially had the idea to tolex it myself but I totally just want to keep it wooden now. This comment reaffirms that choice
Drop out of life with amp in hand

I don’t honestly know. It has like, two knobs, Volume and Tone. And a switch. That’s it.
I’m in the market for a Princeton Reverb because I prefer low watt combo amps but I do not feel great about carrying this one around to practice and shows. And of course building it, but the guy helping me with the build is very confident that it’s one of the simpler circuits he’s come across.
Yeah old amps are really simple, I would like to build one sometime but I'm scared of the voltages. Princetons are sick, the not reverb ones are cooler imo cause the lack of a proper tone stack makes them fuzzier

Dude I love my Butcher for literally every instrument. I run it on a 215 for bass and a Mesa 412 for guitar
I am in love with it. Been having way better results with a 410 for my bass, planning to use the Butcher with 10s and a Peavey Centurion with a 15.... or 215! Way a crazy impulse buy and it’s been absolutely killer!!
New cab gets the other day.
Got this weirdo Sunn Cab in a trade along with some other stuff. It was originally sold as a pair with a sunn head to use as a cheap PA alternative, which explains why its wedge shaped and has the clasps on the front.
Its a very dark sounding cab with lots of focus in the lows and mids, so it with the Orange sounds exactly like you'd expect. It DOOMS HELLA HARD.
