So I haven't postedmuch in a few years, and I haven't changed my board much in just as long.
Recently decided to sell off all my gear that I wasn't using and redo my board and i'm pretty thrilled with the result so far.
Had to go up to a pedaltrain pro due to their weird sizing, but it's nice to have the extra space on the board. I don't spend my time stepping on knobs anymore or knocking my settings out of whack.

Old Board:

New Board (pre-wiring):

I have a pair of boost bots on the way and I'm trying to get a hold of an Algal Bloom + Blend to fill the gap on the board after the mini,
Otherwise, I'm probably set with this for a few years again,

Nice. What's the white and red pedal next to the pitchfork?

Thats the red spiral drive by shoe pedals /spiral electric.
Very nice overdrive.

I wanted to use my mini for higher gain tones, instead of always on overdrive and the red spiral is doing a lovely job of it.

Something I've been thinking about for a really long time and started building a couple months ago. Pedalboard before population . . . .

How do you like the Metal Muff? Also... what is it? Is it actually a Big Muff or a different pedal entirely?

Metal muff is a filthy distortion pedal. There is nothing refine or articulate about it...just balls out distortion. Im not a muff fan so haven’t played many, but i think there is something muffy in there if you look for it. I use it for black metal type sounds, lots of gain and high mids, it doesn’t do much else.

I wish the boost was not just a swarm of bees but rather an actual full frequency boost.

Sound-wise, its possible, but from a circuit perspective there is nothing muff-like in a metal muff. EHX just likes to throw "muff" around.

I see nothing wrong here :trippy:

Sick board btw, the big old disaster transport was a favorite of mine. Love the pixelated volume pedal.

I use the top boost...but turn treble down a bit...it introduces the super high end grind which i like for certain sounds. But only a little...
