I bought myself a couple of toys the other day and today used one of them, a Tubbtec Wired Heart (plus a wet q Tip) and two Zoias, to make this.

Maybe shouldn't have looked that up. Now I have one on the way.

P.S. haven't listened to this one (or the last bunch yet), but I found that your albums made a good background for the post-apocalyptic sandbox videogame I was playing, so I plowed through several of them.

It's a lot of fun - I soldered in the sockets today so I can add the optional LEDs etc. next time I use it :)

Nice to know of any use for my creations, a friend always says it would make good background music for a sci-fi film, which is a nice thought.

I've got a few other noise maker kits on a list for when funds allow, even though the possible combinations of sounds from what I've already got must be getting close to infinity already.

Yeah, I'm curious to see how I can make the Wired Heart interact with that Rucci touch synth vox I got a little while ago.

100 albums.

https://sonickoalas.bandcamp.com/album/how-its-done

It sounds like a lot, and it is, but I've started to see each album as one complete piece (in part because each one tends to be made from one 20 or so minute noodle) rather than a collection of individual tracks, which makes it seem less OTT.

Milestone birthday so retrospective record. 24 songs over a 27 year period. Starts in 94 with a couple punk-influenced bands, quickly into sampler and guitar experiments til 2005, and from there, more song based kind of stuff. If in a hurry, my favorites are 2007, 2010, 2012 and the rest to the end.

I've been working on some stuff for a new electronic drone album and ended up recording this along the way. Might turn it into an actual track (and probably record more of this as I really like the technique):

https://youtu.be/ewKS1yrBKLA
Cyborg See Cyborg Do (ambient, drone, soundtrack-style)

Sandbite (electronic noisepop/shoegaze/whatever)

CHERNØBØG (industrial techno, rhythmic noise and stuff)

My band just released an overdue album from 2016! It's noisy instrumental stuff. All synth is basically a Korg MS10 or Delta + 80Tape Limbo :thumb:

Hey folks, I’m new here. Thanks for having me. I’ve been playing in bands in Louisville for around 25 years, but I recently started releasing solo material. I put out an instrumental shoegaze/postrock record earlier this year on Deus Marginalia Records. https://deusmarginalia.bandcamp.com/album/the-work.

I’ve also done some electronic stuff under the name BEEPS and recorded a weird, lo fi record with my friend Sheri Streeter. I’m currently working on a new record with several guest vocalists. I’m hoping to have it out by the end of the year.
Thanks
