$79.99 is the lowest the 440 Filter ever has been offered directly (a few times now), speaking on behalf of the the ILF Eternal DOD Kermit Filter Clan (IYKYK).

Outliers that never went below $99 were the DOD Meatbox reissue, the Rubberneck, and the other Digitech "colorful" pedals (CabDryVr, Nautilus, Polara, Ventura, etc.) & the Trio v1.

Digitech Luxe was $49 for a time, too, but I don't think the DOD Looking Glass was ever blown out (unless it was like $20 off MSRP), which is the one I always wanted to snag.

As for the $40 crew, all I can recall being in that club was the DOD Phasor 201, Boneshaker, Gonkulator, Gunslinger, the DOD 250 Overdrive (basically a majority of the analog DOD pedals). The Digitech Vocal Looper was also in this group for a good long while, and it even had a PSU!

But that 250 OD is being "blown out" now for $149!?!? so says all those IG ads I keep scrolling past (blame JHVYVES, perhaps).

I love my reissue on the guitar-pitch-shifted-to-bass signal I use it on so if the original is somehow even better, I'd like to hear that

I may be mistaken but the pedals don’t seem to be identical. I have one of each but no oscilloscope and no ability to compare them. It seems like I get what I want from the original while not so much from the reissue. I send synth type low notes through them. I wonder if they are somehow voiced differently. My mind could be playing tricks on me…
