Found something from 20 years ago.. can you tell it was in Seattle?
This was one of those I came up with it.. we played it one time.. added an overdub of something.. and then went back to whatever we were actually supposed to be working on..
not 100% sure what she was using for effects on guitar... either a digitech gsp 2101 or a line 6 pod.. into a Marshall JMC800
I think my bass was just straight into my SVT... and yes I know my vocals suck https://soundcloud.com/mudfuzz/tbyh-arent-these-sins
In the "what have I bought since covid began" I have so far confessed to buying 40 pedals (and selling 14 of those), but in that time I have created 164 albums of variable glitchy random shenanigans, so it's all been worth it, right ?

Absolutely!
I have hard time trying to imagine how certain gear would work for me as I use mostly contact mic'd metal junk and very rarely synths, no guitar, no bass. Because of this youtube demos are not the most indicative how a certain pedal would sound/behave in my setup. I just need to test everything myself. And then when something does not sound good I am certain it is only because I am not doing it properly so I sell nothing
Hey folks. I’m in hospital at the moment so I have no access to my instruments, but I’ve been messing around on GarageBand, and I made some tracks to work on upon my release in three weeks, so these aren’t finished. However, they are fairly indicative of where I’m going with the sequel to The Groovy Gloom.
This a very fuzzy and nasty instrumental called "En el bosque encantado, las galletas son mías" ("At the enchanted forest, the cookies are mine"). I know it's on YouTube but it's not an actual video, I just added a picture...
After a l'il stretch of being busy/not vibing on sound-making, started plugging stuff in again. Found a sweet drone workflow that let me drift along at length, and then when I threw some found footage into Resolve and cranked up a couple settings, it did something kinda unexpected with the visuals. Happy accidents!

Mi espanol es limitado, pero me gusta esta musica mucha. Que tipos fuzz usas? Gracias por compartir!
Thank you very much for your reply!!!
My main fuzz for this instrumental is the one from my avatar, the MJM London Fuzz. During the solo, around the 04:36 mark, I also add the MJM Roctavios (octavia clone) but with the boost knob all the way up just to make it sound even more nasty.
