that's really too much focus on using it as a wonky tremolo. it's not like emphasizing two different use cases that don't appeal to most people is going to make the box any smaller. what's the deal? do people want ring modulators but not like bell sounds? i don't get it. the bell sounds, enharmonic pitch jumps, and other strange behaviors are the things i like about ring mods.

The thing is it's not really a "wonky tremolo". :idk: The trem sounds are one of the best parts of the Moog MF-102.

I'd say it's probably 50/50 between the ring mod and the trem as far as which's better.

In fact, I used the trem sounds more often than the ring mod.

i guess the modern market only wants ring modulators in order to do normie shit. but then, it does say "for the masses" right there on the can.

I'd be curious to hear your thoughts. :snax:

I'm saving up for a Radius.

It's a ring mod Renaissance.™

It's excellent and I'm glad I bought it but it would be silly not to get a Radius if you need only one.

The Radius does much more and is DEEP.

Radius looks awesome and I love red panda stuff but often don't use a 10th of the pedals potential :(
