I play a Gibson "The Paul II" very different from a LP, and a '84 Gibson Sonex, next guitar will be a jazzmaster if not an Explorer

Thinking... thinking... a Explorer with jazzmaster pickups would be mega hot!

Is anyone else a stats freak that noticed how the data falls neatly into a bell curve?

I did notice a similar trend but thought it was primarily because the survey was set up so that most of the answers would fall to the top or bottom.

I didn't really count the last three, they're more like control variables. It kinda looks like a chi square/F distribution as opposed to a standard bell curve.

+1
if i had to choose only one, it'd be that one.
i usually have it hanging right beside our bed in the bedroom. so in case of fire or quake, i'll have it on hand...
or... in case of robbery, i'll smash the bastard to death with it.
oh and i'd never wipe the blood of afterwards... heh heh :animal: (wtf?!) :erm:

oh i love the '97... i bought it new at Evan's Music City in houston, back in '97.
i have since done some mods on it:

- duncan quarter pounder pickups
- cts pots w/cloth wiring
- custom wiring by koyl (no tone pot, bass cut switch like a jag, for ultra chimey highs!!!)
- AVRI vibrato tailpiece
... there's a TOM bridge in it now but i think i'll put a mustang bridge back in.

the guitar is amazing, feels and looks. i love it. it has seen a LOT of stage action/smashings, beatings and abuse in the late 90s and early 2000s.
but i must admit, though, that since i have the old ones i don't play it as much as it deserves, anymore.
that shall change, i promise!!!

next electric will be an AVRi Jazzmaster. Just gotta decide if I'm happy with my current acoustic or if I should go for the Martin before a Jazzmaster...
So this turned into another devi thread...
