Well, since VBD kicked 'er off.....here's a few of my favorite low/med gain settings. Both of these really respond well to your picking dynamics.

I love the assorted lights!

However, I have faith that the new Elements finish will blow my mind.

VBD's pic is neat looking... that pink LED looks pretty cool. I've been doing a mix, I like to mix it up. I click the pedal on and don't know what the LED colour will be, a small surprise to add to the fun.

The new Elements boxes are now supposed to ship at the end of this week.. I think I thought it was the end of last week but I think I was wrong, I'm sorry! I've got a nice warm white LED for them, maybe yellow or orange or red would look cool too...

This may be the wrong thread to ask in.
Is there something wrong with my Elements or is it supposed to be really noisy in high gain mode?
If i set the gain knob over 9'o clock it gets really noisy (static noise)

I know hi gain pedals/amps produce noise, but the elements is the noisiest pedal I have used.
My Little Big Muff is quiet compared to the Elements.

I Love the sounds I can get out the Elements tho
I have the version with the big condensator inside if that helps.

It's not supposed to be really noisy but I highly doubt there's anything wrong with your pedal. It's high gain, it's amplifying all the noise of your signal chain, and I don't understand why people think it's weird for a high gain pedal to have background noise. Your version is the current one that most people don't complain about being noisy and there's nothing that's gone wrong with your pedal over the last month or two to make it noisy.

Tell us more about your signal chain, your power supply, and take a realistic listen to how noisy your signal chain already is.. people always tune this out and then it surprises them when it's made louder.
