After sending emails on the 21st, 22nd, and 25th, Topspin finally replied on the 25th with this:

I'm so sorry for the delay in response! The fulfillment company for Cymbals Eat Guitars has informed me that orders began shipping this past Friday, and they expect to have all orders sent out in the next few days. And..guess what? Receipt says nothing, no emails, nothing. Still.

there was also a weird issue with 30-some odd orders which is finally being resolved. there may have been a few of the poly orders in there... i've been waiting to hear final news before posting about it. ugh again

sooooo.... just got an email that "the orders were manually entered into the system and should go out tomorrow". we'll see.

there's a certain amount of credit earned for situations like this, and i understand that problems crops up, but it's been excuse after excuse from these cats, and only THAT after being badgered with emails. very silly.

plus, it's not like they're somebody like Brian that has an awesome track record. glad i won't have to deal with them again, and supet excited if the Poly's actually gonna be here by mid week next week.
