its made by a mysterious rogue who very likely has each batch pre-approved by Oberon before it goes to market, so no, but better

As a Bavarian, this perturbs me severely.

You should definitely try it, its comes in at about $9 a bottle, I think I found an import site once that had it for $8 (for 16oz so use a pilsner glass)

Every person I have convinced to try it has agreed that it is the most refreshing and tasteful (in a zesty way) brew.

I plan on trying Fantome based off you recommendation, and there is always the possibility you are right, but it is hard for me to believe. I am a sucker for weisse.

This is what I am drinking right now, it's tastey, a bit on the thicker spectrum for a weisse. Gotta love the "Premium Bavaricum"

any you fuzzheads had that anderson valley wild turkey aged oatmeal stout? crazy light for what it is. still has all the choco-vanilla radness you'd expect from bourbon barreled stuff.

weihenstephaner on draft is my favorite weisse.

and idk, bourbon barrel beers always feel and taste like a gimmick to me. you're paying more for a beer thats as alcoholic as watered down bourbon

I just got my monthly special Beer order from this Beer Website that I order from every month or so. Haven't tried any yet and I don't remember what I ordered, mostly.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I am so over Aussie Craft - I can name the amount of pint sized bottles in the market on one or two hands. Considering how many awesome New Zealand beers there are, they're pretty hard to find and aren't cheap.

Had La Chouffe last night. So great. Plus it has a gnome on it!

I have a photo of my girlfriend wearing a La Chouffe gnome hat. But... she's topless so... you don't get to see it...
