I just budgeted out the next month or so of mine. If I don't sell anything/get my tax returns (I didn't get mine until June last year)/have any unexpected sources of income I should be able to move out at the end of April.

I'm also starting to really love spreadsheets.

That said, y'all should check out my BST thread... ;)

I'm happy St. Patrick's Day only comes once a year.
I'm excited to have about $450 to throw at my never-shrinking-short-list.
But the idea of being content with anything creative only contributes to my angst.

i decided to forego expanding my looping board for the time being; if i go to a third looper i'll have to spend over $100 on a switcher and a mixer and three loopers IS sort of gilding the lily, isn't it?

thus, i'm almost done with the boards...i'm going out today to get the adapter i need to use a volume pedal as an expression pedal. i still need a chorus that does the seasick, woozy Loveless thing, but i may be able to get the Yamaha rackmounts to do that. i even have all the MIDI cables set up to make the rackmounts talk to each other and just have to patch the rack between the big board and the loopers. but even without that, there are so many new things i can do with the Randy, the Gyroscope, the Street Sweeper, and the IdiotBox Mad Doctor in combination with the stuff i already have. i'm really excited, and also have really been loving the MIK Epiphone SG i've been playing lately. it's a really nice instrument with a wider-than-usual fingerboard that lends itself to lower action than i usually use as well as the Maestro Vibrola tailpiece. i usually hate potted humbuckers, especially when they're as intensively potted as Epiphone 'buckers which are set in a block of solid wax all the way from the base plate to the top of the PU cover), but in this case it takes a little of the frightening razor-sharpness off that some humbucking SGs exhibit.

tl/dr: i'm really, really happy with my setup.

partied for two days :!!!: awesome

AND I'm recording/producing an album for my friends. Guitars are almost ready, yesterday we tracked first bass tracks and it sounds CRUSHING. I seriously believe ILF will love it, it's very FUZZY and primitively raw

seriously - dimed MXR Bass Octave into a Meathead clone sounds MENTAL
I make pedal demos as East Stomp Boutique - http://www.youtube.com/c/eaststompboutique

Lots of fun stuff with my girlfriend this week. Made reservations for tonight at Mistral which is a really good restaurant in the area, going to an art exhibit opening on Friday, and going to a charity event at the Harpoon Brewery on Saturday.

Also I had a really good idea for an iphone app, and I started working on it today.

Yes. They were worse than the flappers, Beatles, and Nazis combined.
