Interesting - hadn't heard of them before. Looks like it's available nearby, but not in RI yet. I'll have to see if my friend's store can pick some up.
I had Lost Abbey's Serpent's Stout on draft last night, along with some black mission fig sticky toffee pudding. ZOMG.

That's funny. It was one of the first craft beers I ever tried, my freshmen year of college, and I absolutely despised it. I think I got a bad batch though because I'd have rather brushed my teeth and drank orange juice at the same time than deal with the aftertaste of that beer.

Ill have to revisit it soon I think
Interesting. Yeah, it was not like a regular IPA, or at least the one I had wasn't. I may have to revisit it. It'll set me back on my 99 bottles of beer, though. I'm 10% done already.

Yeah definitely not the norm as far as IPAs go, initially it was smooth and fairly good tasting but just left this horrid aftertaste in my mouth. I've had other 21st Amendment beers and I know they make good shit so something must have gone wrong with the six pack I had.
I had a super fresh Cali-Belgique last night. There were certain things I liked about it, but I definitely wouldn't buy it again. On a better note, Hoptimum is out! And Stone RIS.
