The only shitty part is that with the money I just dropped on the ring, I could have bought myself a decent guitar, or better yet put down the deposit on an amazing guitar. Oh well, there will be more gear money in the future.

bought a charming little handheld noise synth called the Mini Black Death off the b/s/t and have been having a hoot figuring how to use it. i was able to put mini-MXR knobs on which gives a much better range and accuracy adjustment. it's really fun-strating figuring out how to make sounds with it that don't drive the cat away.
